Mother’s Day is just around the corner (this weekend, in case you didn’t know). Finding a perfect gift for the moms in your life isn’t always easy. As a mom of five, I can tell you the best gifts don’t always come in pretty little packages. My favorite gift last year was a necklace my 12-year-old son made me out of curling ribbon and two rolls of toilet paper. Remember the shortage….it was hilarious!
I’ll let you in on a secret, moms love small gestures just as much as expensive gifts. Another favorite gift of mine is when my family makes dinner for me! Not only do I enjoy a night off, but I love watching my kids and husband work together to create something delicious.
In this post, I’m sharing 28 Mother’s Day Recipes She Will Love! This includes my favorite meal (which I’m requesting for Mother’s Day this year), some ideas for brunch, dinner, and some kid-friendly recipes anyone can make!
If you want to gift mom something special, some of my favorite kitchen items (which I know she will love) are an instant pot, a new cooking apron, a tea infuser, or a new cutting board. There are a lot of great gift ideas for the home cook in this post, too.
