Tips for making Cinnamon Sugar White Chocolate Pretzels
- I have to do my pretzels in two batches because I do not have a microwave-safe bowl large enough for the whole batch.
- If using the microwave to melt the chocolate, be careful not to overcook, especially with white chocolate chips. Stop and stir every 15-20 seconds.
- For drizzling the melted chocolate over the cinnamon-sugar-coated pretzels, I like to use a sandwich-size Ziploc bag and snip the corner off.
