Taco Salad with Catalina Dressing {30 Minute Recipe}

Add chips and dressing and toss just prior to serving for best results. When making it for my family, I keep everything in separate bowls and then have a large bowl that I mix up everyone's portions in. That way I can still whip myself up a fresh salad the next day for lunch with the leftovers.

Ingredients
2 Romaine hearts, chopped
1-2 lb browned hamburger or ground turkey (I season mine with a little chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste...you could also add a little taco seasoning if you prefer)
1-2 can's beans of your choice, drained (I use kidney, black beans or pinto beans)
1 can olives, sliced
2 cups shredded cheese
½ cup sliced red onion or green onions
2 cups chopped tomatoes, Roma or grape tomatoes work great
