Layers of delicious graham crackers, coconut, walnuts and chocolate chips. Everything finished off with sweet and condensed milk and then baked to cookie bar perfection!

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 1⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cups chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweet and condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a small or medium sized mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pour into the prepared 9x13 pan. Press down evenly and firmly.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the shredded coconut over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Next sprinkle on the walnuts or pecans, then the chocolate chips.
  6. For the final step, drizzle the sweet and condensed milk over entire dessert, use the entire can and scrape out every drop. :)
  7. Bake for 25-27 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  9. I prefer to keep these bars refrigerated, but it is not necessary. They can also be kept at room temperature.
