Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cucumbers, and dill come together to make a creamy, delicious sauce to compliment all your favorite Greek or Mediterranean foods.

Serves: 3-4 cups
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large English cucumber, halved, seeded, and chopped into tiny pieces (about 2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
  3. Tzatziki Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-9 days.
