Serves: 8
Ingredients
2 lbs fresh salmon, pieces of large fillet
¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sriracha
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly drizzle olive oil or spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. (Another option is lining the baking sheet with parchment paper if you want an easier cleanup.)
Arrange fish on baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the glaze mixture over the fish. Use the back of a spoon to help spread it evenly.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
If desired, you can put the fish under the broiler for one to two minutes to caramelize the glaze a bit more.
Enjoy!
