Ingredients
  • 2 lbs fresh salmon, pieces of large fillet
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly drizzle olive oil or spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. (Another option is lining the baking sheet with parchment paper if you want an easier cleanup.)
  3. Arrange fish on baking sheet.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour the glaze mixture over the fish. Use the back of a spoon to help spread it evenly.
  6. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
  7. If desired, you can put the fish under the broiler for one to two minutes to caramelize the glaze a bit more.
  8. Enjoy!
