Brownie Oreo Ice Cream Cake

A chewy chocolate brownie sprinkled with a heavy layer of crushed Oreos and drizzled with chocolate sauce on top. Next comes the cookies and cream ice cream, and finally, it's topped off with Cool Whip, more Oreos, and chocolate sauce. You'll LOVE it!

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.3 oz) brownie mix, prepared according to package directions in a 9x13 dish
  • 1 (1.5 liter) cookies and cream ice cream
  • 24 Oreos, regular size
  • Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (for drizzling)
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Prepare the brownie layer according to box instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Roughly chop the Oreos and reserve half a cup or so to sprinkle on the finished ice cream cake.
  3. Generously drizzle chocolate syrup over the Oreo layer.
  4. Next, remove the ice cream from its container and slice it into 1-inch pieces to fit on top of the brownie layer.
  5. Once you have the ice cream in place, you can use a plastic baggie to help press the ice cream into a nice even layer.
  6. Top the ice cream layer with the Cool Whip.
  7. Finish it off with the remaining crushed Oreos.
  8. Cover and quickly get it into the freezer for at least 6-8 hours before serving. Overnight is best.
  9. Drizzle with more chocolate sauce when serving if desired.
