Delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, this fun dip is a hit at potlucks and barbecues. It's also perfect for topping a Greek Bowl.

Ingredients
  • 6-8 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ of an English cucumber (approx. 1 cup) chopped into pea-size pieces
  • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes (approx. 2 cups) chopped into pea-size pieces
  • ¼ cup red onion, very finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (approx. ½ a lemon)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, chopped dill, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Next, in a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the oil mixture over the veggies and cheese and stir until combined.
  4. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
  5. Serve with pita chips.
  6. Enjoy!
