Bite-size pieces of sweet peanut butter goodness, this fudge is delicious and only takes five minutes to make. Perfect for holiday parties or peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1½ tsp light corn syrup (optional)
⅛ tsp salt (If using unsalted butter, use ½ tsp.)
1 lb powdered sugar (approx. 3½ cups)
Instructions
Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a 2-quart mixing bowl combine the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for one more minute. Stir again.
Stir in the vanilla, salt and light corn syrup.
Next, add the powdered sugar and stir vigorously until completely combined and there are no clumps.
Pour into the prepared 8x8 pan and press down with the back of a spoon or your hand covered with a plastic bag or even a piece of parchment paper--whatever is easier.
Let cool completely. Cut into inch pieces.
