Two-ingredient fun dinner! Crispy pieces of Spam tossed in perfectly cooked rice. Top with some Sriracha and Mayo for an easy meal kids will love!

Serves: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans Spam
  • 8-10 cups cooked Jasmine rice (I usually put about 3 cups raw rice in my rice cooker.)
Instructions
  1. First, start cooking the rice while you prepare the Spam so they will finish at about the same time.
  2. To prepare the spam, open the cans and carefully slide out the meat.
  3. Next, cut the meat into small cubs about the size of a dice.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the spam for a few minutes until the edges are browning.
  5. When the rice is done, fluff it and then pour in the fried Spam. Toss to evenly distribute it through the rice.
  6. Serve with Sriracha and mayonnaise.
  7. Enjoy!
