Chicken and veggies topped with bacon come together for a down-home country flavor in this one-pot dinner recipe.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 2-inch cubes
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 Ranch seasoning packet or 3 tbsp
2-3 lbs baby potatoes
1 lb fresh green beans
¼ cup butter, sliced
1 cup raw diced bacon pieces (6-8 ounces raw bacon, chopped)
Instructions
Place the chicken cubes in the slow cooker and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the chicken.
Next, sprinkle the garlic salt and ground black pepper on the chicken pieces.
Add the sliced onions and the baby potatoes. Then sprinkle ½ of the Ranch seasoning packet over the onions and potatoes.
Layer the green beans over the potatoes, add the slices of butter on top, and sprinkle the rest of the Ranch seasoning packet over the green bean layer.
Lastly, sprinkle the raw bacon pieces on top.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
