Serves: ¾ cups
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp water (Only add if it seems too thick. This will depend upon what type of mayonnaise you use.)
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl.
Add up to a tsp of water if necessary for desired consistency.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
