Along with melted milk chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, this fudge has peanut butter in it. Just a little bit adds a surprising depth to the chocolate, making it even more addicting.

Ingredients
  • 2 (11.5 ounce) bags of milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (Can use almond butter, if desired.)
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, coarsely chopped into ½-inch pieces (approx. 9-10 large graham crackers)
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag of mini marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped graham crackers, marshmallows, and salt. Stir quickly until everything is coated in chocolate.
  4. Pour into the prepared 8x8 pan and refrigerate until set, approximately 3-4 hours.
  5. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
  6. Store extra fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
