Loaded with cottage cheese, avocado and cilantro, this dip is not only delicious but nutrient-dense. It's so full of protein that ½ cup served with veggies is a quick and easy lunch.

Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients
3 cups cottage cheese
1 avocado, removed from the skin and seeded
1 cup cilantro (I rip the top part of the bunch off and call it good. I think the stems are too strong.)
2 jalapeƱos, seeded
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 packet of Ranch dip mix
Juice of one lemon
⅛ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
Corn chips, crackers, or veggies for serving
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a very strong blender like a Vitamix.
Mix on high until all ingredients are completely blended and smooth.
Serve with corn chips, your favorite crackers, or a veggie tray.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
