A creamy, cheesy, and bold flavored dip that can be made on the stovetop or in the slow cooker.

Ingredients
  • 1 (32 ounce) Block of Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans of chili with no beans
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Instructions
  1. Chop the Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in a large pot.
  2. Next, mix in the chili and Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  3. Over medium-low heat, stir often until the mixture is warm and the cheese has melted.
  4. If not serving immediately, transfer the dip to a slow cooker to stay warm and for easy dipping.
  5. Enjoy!
