Three-Ingredient Velveeta Fiesta Dip

- 1 (32 ounce) Block of Velveeta Cheese
- 2 (15 ounce) cans of chili with no beans
- 2 (10 ounce) cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- Chop the Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in a large pot.
- Next, mix in the chili and Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Over medium-low heat, stir often until the mixture is warm and the cheese has melted.
- If not serving immediately, transfer the dip to a slow cooker to stay warm and for easy dipping.
- Enjoy!
