Recipe type: Dessert/Summer/Peach/No-Bake
Serves: 20
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 whole)
¼ cup granulated sugar
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup butter, melted
Middle Layers
10-12 peaches, peeled and sliced into wedges
2 (14-ounce) cans of sweetened condensed milk
2 lemons, juiced
Topping
2 cups heavy cream
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
⅛ - ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
Place the graham crackers in a food processor and blend until they are tiny crumbs.
Add the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Blend until well combined.
Evenly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Next, layer the peach wedges on top of the graham cracker crust.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the juice of two lemons until combined. Pour the milk mixture over the peach layer.
In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. (At this time, also add the cinnamon and nutmeg if you desire.) Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it thickens and leaves a peak when you turn off the mixer and pull the beaters out.
Next, evenly spread the whipped cream over the top.
For best results, refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
Enjoy!
