Ingredients
  • 1 banana, your preference of ripeness, smashed
  • ⅓ cup oatmeal, quick oats, or old-fashioned
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk...can add an extra drizzle for good luck
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Before going to bed, combine first four ingredients in abowl with a tight-fitting lid. Mix well.
  2. Place lid on bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Mix in peanut butter in the morning before eating.
  4. Enjoy!
