Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Jess likes to put a holiday M&M on each square when she makes them around Christmas time. I put Candy Corns on some of mine and thought it was pretty adorable.

  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs (apprx: 2 packages + 3 crackers)
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (2 cubes) very soft butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 bag Dove Chocolates milk or dark chocolate (I used milk)
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar mix until well blended
  2. Mix in peanut butter and soft butter
  3. Mix until completely combined
  4. Press evenly into a greased cookie sheet (15x10x1) I use the butter wrappers to grease the pan and I put a plastic bag over my hand when I press the mixture down. It works great
  5. Melt chocolates in microwave and spread evenly on top of peanut layer
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting and serving
  7. Keep refridgerated
