Easy Peasy Oven Baked Parmesan Pork Chops

I love Italian Bread Crumbs for this recipe but any bread crumbs will work. Don't forget to salt and pepper your pork chops before breading them. Or you can just add extra salt and pepper to the bread crumbs.

  • 6-8 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, (I just use the canister not fresh grated.
  • salt and pepper
  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops
  2. Combine beaten egg and milk in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in
  3. Combine Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bow big enough to dip pork chops in (I like to use a pie tin)
  4. One at a time, dip the pork chop first in the egg wash and then in the bread crumb mixture, place on a large cookie sheet and repeat until all pork chops have been breaded
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour ...if pork chops are extra thick you may need to increase cooking time, If they are thin reduce cooking time to 30-40 min.
