Combine beaten egg and milk in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in.
Combine Italian Bread Crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in. (I like to use a pie tin.)
One at a time, dip a pork chop first in the egg wash and then in the bread crumb mixture. Place on a large cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and repeat until all pork chops have been breaded.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If pork chops are extra-thick, you may need to increase cooking time. If they are thin, reduce cooking time to 30-40 min.
