Ingredients
1 LaTortilla High Fiber Tortilla
1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
⅓ of an avocado, sliced
garlic salt
pepper
Instructions
In a toaster over or in your regular oven broil the cheese on the tortilla
Carefully remove from oven and place on a plate
Add tomatoes down the center of the tortilla and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
Add avocado slices and add a little bit more garlic salt and pepper
Fold and enjoy!
