Cinnamon Sugar Apple Salad

A great and easy way to get your kids to eat their "apple a day." Fun, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 4 apples, sliced and cut into one-inch pieces (use a variety)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Do not make this ahead of time. It should be made right before serving.
  2. In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Place sliced apples in a medium-sized mixing bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Next, sprinkle the apples with the cinnamon-sugar mixture 1 tsp at a time and toss until apples are all lightly coated. You may not need the entire amount.
  5. Enjoy!
