Ingredients
4 apples, sliced and cut into one-inch pieces (use a variety)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Do not make this ahead of time. It should be made right before serving.
In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
Place sliced apples in a medium-sized mixing bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Next, sprinkle the apples with the cinnamon-sugar mixture 1 tsp at a time and toss until apples are all lightly coated. You may not need the entire amount.
