A great and easy way to get your kids to eat their "apple a day." Fun, easy and delicious!

  • 4 apples, sliced and cut into one inch pieces. (I like to use gala, honey crisp, autumn crisp, or granny smith.
  • 2 tsp lemon juices
  • 3-4 tsp cinnamon sugar. (I mix 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar) just sprinkle it on a little at a time and toss until all the apples have a light coating. You may not need the entire amount.
  1. Do not make this ahead of time. It should be made right before serving.
  2. Place sliced apples in a medium sized mixing bowl
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar one tsp at a time and toss until apples are all lightly coated.
