Erin's Yummy Slow Cooker Chicken

Flavorful, tangy chicken that is prepared in the slow cooker. A great easy and yummy dinner the whole family will enjoy!

  • 1½ cups Catalina dressing (You can find my homemade versions here)
  • 1 onion soup packet
  • 1 15 ounce can of cranberry sauce
  • 3-4 lbs of boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  1. Put the Catalina dressing, the onion soup packet and the cranberry sauce into your slow cooker. Mix well and then add the chicken. Turn chicken, or push it around until it is coated or covered with the sauce.
  2. Put lid on your slow cooker, and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken has cooked enough to be shredded.
