So many delicious flavors in each bite. The cheesy beef mixture is perfectly baked with corn chips and smothered with cheese. A go-to weeknight meal that everyone will LOVE!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
  4. Once it is browned and fully cooked, add the cream of chicken soup, milk, green chilies, oregano, and garlic salt. You can also add a little black pepper if you want. Stir together.
  5. Next, add 1 cup of cheese and stir again.
  6. Line the baking dish you prepared with a layer of corn chips. Pour half of the meat mixture over the corn chips, and then put another layer of chips over that.
  7. Pour the remaining meat mixture over the second layer of chips and sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of cheese evenly over the entire casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with a green salad and/or Spanish Rice.
