Timeless, simple dinner, that is comforting, well-balanced, and delicious. The combination of potatoes, beef, onions, and carrots is perfectly complemented with a creamy sauce that is created with a can of cream of mushroom soup.

  • 6 or 7 medium red potatoes, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 2 onions, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 2 cups sliced carrots, or ½ lb of baby carrots
  • 1-2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  1. Place half of the sliced potatoes, onions, and carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Salt and pepper generously.
  2. Add half of the ground beef. Break it into pieces or make it into patties. Salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon half of the cream of mushroom soup over the meat.
  4. Repeat by adding the remaining ingredients in the same order, making sure to salt and pepper again.
  5. Place lid on slow cooker and set to low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Enjoy!
