Mango Lassi with Buttermilk

- 2-3 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½-1 cup water (start with ½ cup and add more if needed for consistency)
- 3 tbsp honey
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- In your blender add frozen mango, buttermilk, ½ cup water, honey, and nutmeg.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
- Depending on the strength of your blender, you may need to add more water. I have to use the full cup of water with my 800w blender.
- **If your blender stalls, turn it off and add more water. Use a long spoon to loosen the frozen mixture around the blades so they will freely spin.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
