Light and refreshing, tangy and sweet, this delicious Mango Lassi with Buttermilk will be something you make again and again.

  • 2-3 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½-1 cup water (start with ½ cup and add more if needed for consistency)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  1. In your blender add frozen mango, buttermilk, ½ cup water, honey, and nutmeg.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
  3. Depending on the strength of your blender, you may need to add more water. I have to use the full cup of water with my 800w blender.
  4. **If your blender stalls, turn it off and add more water. Use a long spoon to loosen the frozen mixture around the blades so they will freely spin.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
