A classic and delicious Jello salad. The combination of the sweet cream cheese topping and the tart berry jello is one your family will love. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter dinner!

Ingredients
  • 6 oz package strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cans (20 oz) crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in two cups of boiling water. Add the two cans of undrained, crushed pineapple and the can of blueberry pie filling. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 glass dish.
  2. Let sit for six to eight hours or overnight if possible.
  3. Before serving, make topping.
  4. Using your hand mixer or a whisk, blend together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and spread evenly over the setup Jello salad. If desired, you can also sprinkle the top with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  5. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to a week.
