Engagement Ring Chocolate Chip Cookies

Engagement-Ring-Yogurt-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies-this-cookies-have-a-way-of-making-people-fall-in-love-with-youEngagement Ring Chocolate Chip Cookies {made with yogurt instead of eggs}

My friend Trina swears these cookies are how she snagged her husband. I believe it too, they’re delicious and have a unique texture and flavor that leave you wanting just one more.

Where was this recipe when I was on the prowl, luckily I snagged my husband with my ability to cook Asian style foods (his favorite.) 🙂

If you’re on the hunt for a man or just on a hunt for a delicious cookie….look no further.

Engagement-Ring-Yogurt-Chocolate-Chip-Cookie-RecipeThe yogurt in this recipe takes the place of the eggs. Pretty awesome, both for those who are allergic to eggs and those who may be in a real need of a chocolate chip cookie but out of eggs. But especially exciting for those of us who LOVE to eat cookie dough…it’s like guilt free dough, no nagging “am I gonna get salmonella from eating this,” in the back of your mind while eating it by the spoonful. Which I gotta say this dough is DELICIOUS!!!

You can use plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt in these cookies. If you use vanilla yogurt you can cut back on the amount of vanilla extract you use.

Cookies, cookies, cookies...

    Love the name! I would have never thought to use yogurt instead of eggs in a cookie, but it sounds great!
