This Five Minute Orange Fluff Jello Salad has been my go-to Jello Salad for years! It’s quick, easy, and always a hit. With only four ingredients that just need to be dumped and stirred together, it’ll be your best friend for potlucks and other summertime eating adventures. For another quick and easy salad, make this Cinnamon Sugar Apple Salad.
I love keeping the ingredients around during spring and summer. Last weekend our neighbors invited us over at the last minute for a lunch BBQ. I was able to mix this yummy salad up in a jiffy because I had the ingredients on hand. If it isn’t already in your recipe arsenal, you need to add it STAT!

Tips for making Five Minute Orange Fluff Jello Salad
- I like to use mandarin oranges in this salad because they are easy to keep in storage. However, you can make it with raspberries, strawberries, or a combination of strawberries and bananas by just changing the flavor of the jello you use.
- I usually just use 1 can of mandarin oranges, but if you really like them, you can add two. If you use fresh berries, add up to two cups.
- Make sure to gently fold in the mandarin oranges, or they will break apart.
- 1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) box Orange Jello
- 1 (8 ounce) tub of Cool Whip
- 1-2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine orange jello and cottage cheese. Stir well.
- Fold in Cool Whip until completely mixed.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges. Be careful not to mix too much or they will break apart.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

We make it all the time with various flavor/fruit combos. We call it fluff regardless.
