Tips for making Five Minute Peanut Butter Oreo Pie
- Use a pre-made chocolate cookie crust. To make a homemade chocolate cookie crust, check out my recipe here.
- I prefer to use original cream cheese in this recipe, but low-fat will work fine. Iām not a fan of the non-fat cream cheese because it can have an extra level of sour tang.
- To smash the Oreos, place the cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- If you use gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies and make your own gluten-free crust, it can definitely be gluten-free.
- Let your tween or teenager make the pie.
- If you want to make it fancy, you can dress it up before you serve it with a little blob of Cool Whip and some peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. Yum!

Oooooo. I’ve been making this pie for years, but I never thought to add Oreos š Also, my recipe is frozen and you take it out about a half hour-45min. before you want to serve it. Just a different twist on this yummy pie.
