Hamburger Tomato and Veggie Goulash

Tomato-and-Veggie-Goulash

I needed a quick dish to feed some unexpected dinner guests and came up with this Hamburger Tomato and Veggie Goulash. It turned out AWESOME and is definitely the best goulash I’ve ever tasted!

It seems crazy to call something like goulash delicious, but it was. I am definitely keeping this on the rotation. It’s also super easy and the whole family and the guests gobbled it right up.

Down home Comfort food at its finest.

I used onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, celery, green beans and tomatoes which gave it a really awesome depth of flavor that was perfectly complimented by the al dente macaroni and nicely browned beef. Mmm, yum, I wish I had a big bowl right now.

I also whipped up a quick batch of this amazing fast Artisan Bread and happened to have some Strawberry Freezer Jam on hand to serve with it. Everything was delish!

This meaty, flavorful, veggie-filled goulash is comfort food at its finest. Sprinkle with cheese and a drop of sour cream if desired.

I made this because I had the ingredients on hand and because I thought it might be grandchild-friendly. It turned out to be surprisingly tasty for me, the grandmother! Very flavorful! I will test it out on the grandsons tonight.
