This Holiday Ham {Perfect for Easter and Christmas} recipe is like an institution in our family. I don’t think any of us feel like we can properly celebrate Christmas or Easter without it. And it’s so good we look for excuses to make it all year long. We love to serve it with these Yummy Funeral Potatoes and these Best Ever Green Beans. The flavors complement each other perfectly.
The marinade that the ham cooks in gives it a slightly sweet, tangy flavor, and the low cooking temperature with the long cooking time leaves the meat perfectly tender and falling off the bone.

Tips for making Holiday Ham
- If your crockpot is big enough, you can cook the ham in the crockpot. First, place the ham in the crockpot, make the sauce, pour it over the ham, set the temperature on low, and cook for 8 hours.
- Be sure to cover the roasting pan with a lid or cover it tightly with tin foil before placing it in the oven.
