The recipe calls for Bon Appettit Seasoning Salt. Any type of seasoning salt would probably still yeild great results, but this is what my mom has always used and what I use too.

Simple and fantastic recipe for Ranch Dip. Also tastes great as a baked potato topping or dip for buffalo chicken wings.

I learned the 3-4 drops of vinegar trick from the Amish. I think it makes the dip extra delicious. Try it and see what you think.
Enjoy!

Thanks I’ll definitely try after discovering ranch dip mix has MSG which I avoid like the plague.

Going to try tomorrow and maybe I will use one clove fresh garlic instead of garlic salt, I love fresh garlic & with garlic press.

Sounds good to me, just add a little more salt or bon-appetite to make up the salt difference. Looking forward to the Par-tay!
