This recipe is so fun and simple, it makes a scoop of ice cream seem EXTRA special. It literally takes two minutes to make! How to Make Your Own Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping
How to Make Your Own Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping
You can make it with just chocolate chips and oil or you can add in crushed cookies or candy. I crushed Thin Mint Cookies in mine.

I was EXCITED when I saw this recipe on your website.
Do you happen to know…
*if you have to use CHOCOLATE chips?
Can you use other flavored baking
chips …possibly peanut butter or
butterscotch? …OR maybe a
combo … like chocolate chips with
peanut butter chips?
**🍫 if you can use chocolate candy bars such as Hershey’s instead? … or possibly even some of the candy bars that are chocolate with 1 “mix-in” like Nestle Crunch (chocolate + “rice krispies”) or Mr. Goodbar (chocolate + peanuts)?
At this time, I haven’t rated this recipe because I haven’t made it yet.
[It really bugs me when I see that
people have rated recipes they haven’t
even tried yet. I realize this
could sometimes be because some
websites might require a person to
provide a rating if they want to make
any comments or ask any questions,
but YOU CAN’T RATE IT IF YOU
HAVEN’T MADE / TASTED IT!!
— those false ratings provide false
feedback/information to people,
especially to those people who use
those ratings to help them decide
if they might want to try
making the recipe themselves.—> If
you haven’t made the recipe, you
can comment or make inquiries about
it – BUT if you haven’t made that
recipe, you do not have any
recipe-specific experience or
evidence so you canNOT rate it!]
Sorry sharing for my “soap box”

You can use any kind of baking chips and play around with combo’s. We do white chocolate with Oreo sometimes.
