Oh, boy! I’m not going to lie. These Peanut Butter Cup Bars {No Bake} are very dangerous to make! A whole cookie sheet full of Peanut Butter Cup Bars and a person such as myself who has very little self-control is a scary thing. (Update: This No-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie is another favorite no-bake treat of mine.)
I may or may not have eaten over half of the pan by my little old self over the last two days. I have them hidden in the fridge in the basement. The kids don’t even know they exist. Hee, hee, hee.
I can’t stop myself. The creamy yet grainy texture of the peanut butter layer coupled with Dove Chocolates melted on top–I mean, seriously. Who can resist that? Such a simple recipe and so good. You need them in your belly.

My friend, Jess, makes these every year around the holidays. For some reason, I started thinking about them and just couldn’t get them out of my mind. One of my sweet young women I work with at church has been very sick, and I wanted to take her a little treat…….before I knew it, I was making these delicious pieces of happiness.

Tips for making Peanut Butter Cup Bars
- Jess likes to put a holiday M&M on each square when she makes them around Christmastime. I put Candy Corns on some of mine and thought it was pretty adorable.
- I use milk chocolate Dove Bars when I make these bars, but if you’re a fan of dark chocolate, by all means, use dark chocolate.
- To grease the cookie sheet, I use the butter wrapper.
- I put a plastic baggie over my hand when I press the peanut butter mixture down onto the cookie sheet. It works great, and it keeps my hand clean.
