HOW TO MAKE Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream together sugar, softened butter, and oil.
- Next, add pumpkin and eggs. Mix until completely combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour and all other dry ingredients together. Slowly add dry mixture to creamed mixture and mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix once more.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. - Remove from tins and let cool on a cooling rack.

Tips for making Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
- You can use white all-purpose flour if you want, but if you use whole wheat flour, you can eat them for breakfast. 🙂
- Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips are fun to use in place of the regular ones.
