About a year ago I fell in love with Swig Sugar Cookies. Swig Sugar Cookies have a distinctive texture and flavor that make them irresistible.

Turning the tasty sugar cookies into sugar cookie bars is fun and easy. I’ve made several versions, some with frosting and some with different types of candy.

This version with the mini Reese’s Pieces candies is really fun and looks the part of the perfect fall goodie. The Reese’s candies add a very subtle peanut butter flavor that pairs nicely with the cookie without making them overly sweet. I love it!
