Another busy week is under way. We are heading up to NJ to see some friends this weekend and will be getting back Sunday evening, just in time to set the backpacks out and get to bed, on a SCHOOL NIGHT!!! I can’t believe school is really starting already. AHHHHHHH!!!!
I am trying not to be a basket case, but I have some very real anxieties and worries about Thatcher starting school. But that is a post of it’s own, for another day.
Anyhow, on to dinner tonight. It was AWESOME! Rave reviews from everyone. Husband.Conner.Thatcher….even Charlotte couldn’t get enough. I tried a new recipe that I have been wanting to experiment with for a while. I will post it tomorrow. It is a keeper. Oh, and try not to be too scared about the horrendous amount of dirty pots and pans in the back ground. I wish that was an unusual site in my kitchen, but between my love for cooking and my boys love for floating tiny homemade boats in large bowls full of water, it’s a pretty accurate representation of my kitchen.
