In a small bow combine all of the seasonings and brown sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Next, drizzle a little sesame oil on the salmon and use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to spread it as evenly as possible on the filets.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the salmon pieces and use your fingers to rub the seasoning into the salmon.
Baked at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, or test the salmon with a fork to see if it flakes apart.
