Fresh salmon filets seasoned with a spice rub and drizzled with Homemade Bang Bang Sauce elevate dinnertime to a whole new level.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs salmon filets
  • Sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Homemade Bang Bang Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bow combine all of the seasonings and brown sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Next, drizzle a little sesame oil on the salmon and use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to spread it as evenly as possible on the filets.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the salmon pieces and use your fingers to rub the seasoning into the salmon.
  6. Baked at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, or test the salmon with a fork to see if it flakes apart.
  7. Serve with Homemade Bang Bang Sauce.
