All the flavors of a classic cheeseburger, but without the bun. Made with seasoned ground beef, all your favorite toppings, and drizzled with a smash burger sauce, it's the perfect high-protein meal.
A couple of drops of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
First, make the Copycat Smash Burger Sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder. Taste, and add more spices, if desired. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve for the spices to meld together.
Next, in a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and break it up with a meat chopper.
Season the ground beef with your choice of seasonings and cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare bowls by adding chopped lettuce or rice to the bottom of the bowls, then a scoop of ground beef, add toppings of your choice, and drizzle the smash burger sauce on top.
