Delicious and Healthy Black Bean and Sweet Corn Salsa Dip. Texas Caviar will be your new favorite dip to take to parties, BBQs, and potlucks!

Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 5-6 Roma tomatoes (approx. 2-3 cups chopped)
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped (approx. 1 cup)
  • 1 (12 oz) bag of sweet corn (See Tips for brand and type I recommend.)
  • 1 orange bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • Bag of your favorite corn chips
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover with a tight-fitting lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
  4. Store leftovers in an air-tight container in your fridge for up to 1 week.
  5. Enjoy!
