 Easy No-Bake Fresh Peach Dessert

A creamy peach dessert with a graham cracker crust filled with ripe peaches and topped with sweetened condensed milk and Homemade Whipping Cream. With peach season in full swing, this Easy Fresh Peach Dessert is perfect for enjoying the summertime fruit. It is fun to make and a super simple way to use fresh peaches without turning on the oven.

I first saw this dessert on Instagram in pie form. I thought it would work really well as a 9×13 dessert, so I adapted the recipe to fit in a 9×13 baking dish. Adding ground cinnamon to the graham cracker crust enhanced the flavor of the peaches. It turned out delicious, and everyone who tried it liked it.

It’s awesome scooped out onto a plate like a crisp or cobbler. For a peach dessert that cuts into nice square pieces, try my No-Bake Peach Cheesecake or Fresh Peach No-Bake Dessert.

If you’re looking for a new way to use fresh peaches, give this no-bake recipe a try.

Does the crust need to be baked before adding the other layers?

No, it does not. This is an all-no-bake recipe.

How many whole graham crackers make 2 cups of crumbs?

Approximately 12 whole graham crackers. If you have two premade graham cracker crusts, you can use those in place of making your own.

I don’t have a food processor. What’s the best way to make the graham cracker crust?

Place graham crackers in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and crush/roll the crackers until they are tiny crumbs. You want the size to be as consistent as possible. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a medium-sized mixing bowl until incorporated. Next, add the melted butter and mix until completely combined.

Yes, but I recommend homemade whipping cream for the best flavor. If you choose to use Cool Whip, you will need 1 (8-ounce) tub of Cool Whip.

Do you recommend adding cinnamon and/or nutmeg to the whipped cream?

If you really love the way ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg enhances the flavor of peaches, you can add up to 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg to the whipped cream. In the alternative, you can sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top when serving.

How far in advance can I make it?

You can separately prepare the crust, the sweetened condensed milk mixture, and whipped cream, and store them covered in the refrigerator the day before. However, I do not recommend peeling and slicing the peaches ahead of time because they will turn brown. Peel and slice the peaches when you are ready to put the dessert together.

Author: Maria, adapted from an Instagram post
Recipe type: Dessert/Summer/Peach/No-Bake
Serves: 20
Ingredients
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 whole)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • Middle Layers
  • 10-12 peaches, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • 2 (14-ounce) cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Topping
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ⅛ - ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the graham crackers in a food processor and blend until they are tiny crumbs.
  2. Add the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Blend until well combined.
  3. Evenly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Next, layer the peach wedges on top of the graham cracker crust.
  5. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the juice of two lemons until combined. Pour the milk mixture over the peach layer.
  6. In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. (At this time, also add the cinnamon and nutmeg if you desire.) Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it thickens and leaves a peak when you turn off the mixer and pull the beaters out.
  7. Next, evenly spread the whipped cream over the top.
  8. For best results, refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
  9. Enjoy!
