The Best S’more Fudge

 Sometimes people think fudge is a Christmas or holiday treat, but don’t be afraid to have The Best S’more Fudge for game night or a party. It is a crowd favorite that will be gone in a flash. Not to mention, it is a super simple recipe that takes less than 15 minutes to throw together. It is perfect to quickly mix up in the morning to be ready for entertaining in the evenings. Just pull it out of the fridge and wow your guests.

  • I used milk chocolate chips, but you can use semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler.
  • If you choose to use the microwave to melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter, make sure to stir every 30 seconds and remove the mixture as soon as things are melted together and smooth.
  • To easily take the fudge from the pan, prepare it with parchment paper.
  • Let the fudge cool completely in the refrigerator before cutting it. 
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. Keeping the fudge cold keeps it firmer and not as melty in your hand when you eat it.

Ingredients
  • 2 (11.5 ounce) bags of milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (Can use almond butter, if desired.)
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, coarsely chopped into ½-inch pieces (approx. 9-10 large graham crackers)
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag of mini marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped graham crackers, marshmallows, and salt. Stir quickly until everything is coated in chocolate.
  4. Pour into the prepared 8x8 pan and refrigerate until set, approximately 3-4 hours.
  5. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
  6. Store extra fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
