This week with your menu plan: Freeze half of the Ninety Minute Rolls you make on Monday. Let them cool completely first and then put 12 of them in a gallon size Ziploc bag. Pull them out of the freezer on Thursday afternoon to serve with the Slow Cooker Corn Chowder. On Friday you can choose to use canned re-fried beans if you don’t have time to make the homemade recipe. If you do make the homemade re-fried beans, freeze the leftovers in 2 or 3 cup portions to use in future meals.
