I took some jalapeno dip that I got from the deli at the store with me to meet up with my friend, Lindsey. She loved it so much that she made a version of her own and shared it with me. It’s quick and easy to whip up. You can either mix all the ingredients in a bowl for a chunky dip or throw them in a blender for a smooth and creamy texture.
One of the best things about this dip is that you can tailor the spice level to your preference. My husband and son really liked the spicy pickled jalapenos, but they were too hot for me. Next time, I will make it less spicy and remove the seeds from the pickled jalapeños or use 2 fresh jalapeños without seeds.
Served with chips or veggies, this is the perfect appetizer or snack for those who like to spice things up.
